How To Make A Contribution To The PM-CARES Fund?

Hello Friend! Are you familiar with the name “PM-CARES FUND”? Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has announced this fund in order to contribute for a great cause.

It is a very tough time as we have ever seen in the decades.

We, the whole Nation, the whole world are suffering from a problem named COVID-19.

It is also known as the Novel CORONA Virus.

India is under complete lockdown till 14th April. All public transports like buses or trains are stopped. All the shops (Other than shops for essential goods) are also closed. Because the COVID-19 is a pandemic.

In this period of lockdown, the people who are already poor, who are homeless, can’t afford food, medicines, etc due to the stoppage of work, are suffering a lot.

It is a total emergency period.

To fight with this bad period, PM Narendra Modi has announced the PM’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund which is also known as PM-CARE Funds.

” It is my appeal to fellow Indians

Kindly contribute to the PM-CARES Fund. This Fund will also cater to similar distressing situations, if they occur in the times ahead. This link has all important details about the fund.”

How To Make a Contribution to the PM-CARES FUND?

Here is the step by step guide to making a contribution to the PM-CARES Fund.

Step 1: Go to pmindia.gov.in

Step 2: Then click on “Click Here For Donation Details”.

Step 3: If you want to contribute via online mode then click on ” Click Here For Online Donation”.

You can scan the QR Code in case of UPI payment

Step 4: Then you have to make your choice “How To Donate”. There are three options and they are:

  1. Domestic Donations
  2. Foreign Donations (Credit/Debit Cards), and
  3. Foreign Donations (Wire Transfer/SWIFT)

You have to choose any one as applicable to you.

Step 5: As an Indian, you have to choose “Domestic Donations”. Then You have to follow the following steps:

  1. Provide every detail as required.
  2. You have to accept the terms and conditions of the donation, and
  3. Click on the button “Review and Generate OTP”.

Step 6: You have to recheck your details and provide the OTP

Step 7: Then click on the “Proceed to Donate” button.

Step 8: You can find several options for payment. Choose which one is appropriate.

Step 9: After choosing the right platform, please complete the online payment procedure.

Step 10: A successful message will be delivered if the payment is successful. You can download and print the receipt of your donation.
